Solarboat Australia's leading electric boat specialist from 2001 to 2011.

Founded in 2001 in Sydney Solarboat supplied electric boats to customers in Australia and Asia (including China, Malaysia, and Singapore) and even in Holland.

We formerly offered Australia's widest range of electric boats, both Australian made and imported. Our electric boats ranged from less than 5m  (14 ft) to 12m (40ft), carrying from 5 to 45 people.

Now we are spending 6 months each year cruising our Dutch barge in Europe, the time has come to retire.

We still have a few boats which we are offering for sale. We can also offer a number of electric drive systems including both inboard and outboard electric motors. Contact charles@solarboat.com.au for more information.

For a new electric boat or drive system or to hire an electric boat on Middle Harbour, Sydney, contact our colleague Steven Mullie at Ecoboats, www ecoboats.com.au, telephone 0414 061 795.
